THE PARK OF GRAND BLOTTEREAU |

| The
occupation of the site is anterior to the Middle Age, but
the current castle was rebuilt by Ceineray in 1762. The
last of the proprietors of the area, J - F.Thomas
Dobrée, made some gift to the city of Nantes in 1905.
Thereafter, the property was put at the disposal of the
army. Finally, the park fitted and the area having found its entirety, were opened to the public in the beginning of the 70s. This space of leisures of 37 ha offers a botanical interest thanks to its tropical greenhouses (more of 600 ml). They have a orangery and 1 5 ml of pool. Facing to the castle during rehabilitation, go and visit the greenhouses, a collection of utilitarian tropical plant unic in France, with specimens coming from hot climatical zones of the 5 continents.
