THE GARDEN OF APOTHECARIES |

| Nantes
has its first garden, tells "the apothecaries",
to its maritime vocation. One made there grow medicinal
plants destined for prepare medicines of surgeon chests
of the numerous sailboats of the port. It welcomed also
